        <description><![CDATA[<p>I remember watching a lot more high school sports games during their season but it has been very limited to just championship games?! I specifically have Spectrum to watch OC16! Maybe air more sporting games during their seasons and rotate if there are too many sports to feature during that season, or record it and play it at another time. More HS sports, more HS sports!!!!</p><p></p><p>Or OC16 needs to become its own streaming service and not just tied to Spectrum.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The service goes out random and I dont get a text half of the time. We ran internet speed checks and it rarely matched what we were getting charged. Its hard to understand why the service is like this living in the city. Customer service wasnt much help and I understand there isnt much they can do but why is my bill higher and higher but the service never gets better. The fact they offer to cut your bill in half when you want to leave but then raise it back up after staying is hard to get past as well. On top of all of this leaving spectrum theres no grace despite their many many faults. You gotta cancel ahead or pay your full overpriced bill. Gotta love spectrum! </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Soon after ordering an iPhone 17 through my Spectrum account, I not only received the confirmation, but within minutes I received the attached alert. I was definitely suspicious so I went back into my account and started a Chat. After being handed off to a representative, I explained my concerns about clicking or uploading anything in the email but was reassured that the email had come from Spectrum and it was part of their authentication process. Even though I was still skeptical, I began the process, but was soon directed to a site that clearly was no longer Spectrum. I immediately stopped and did not provide any of the asked for information. I figured that worse case scenario, my order would be canceled and I would have to go to a store to make the purchase. I checked my CC and saw the pending charge, I then received emails saying my order was complete and my phone would be arriving on May 5. I then received further confirmation that the phone had been process and FedEx would be delivering it and I'd have to provide my ID. I am now awaiting their arrival any moment now. Please make your representatives aware of this Fraud scheme because if I weren't as technologically savvy, I may have then been the victim of identity theft.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I can't find any other place to provide feedback, so here was my experience today:</p><p>I receive an email to update my expiring autopay credit card. I try to edit the card. I cannot because the number is changing. I go back and add a new card. I try to delete the old card. I cannot because the old card is attached to my autopay. I go to update my autopay. I have to enter all of my new card info a second time. I go back and delete my old card. I get an email that says I have cancelled my autopay. I have not cancelled my autopay, it shows that I am still enrolled. Everything is correct now, his is just kind of annoying UX that I would like to know about if it were my site.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Just a complaint here. I stopped watching most of an 1 1/2 hr TV show on the On Demand service on Tuesday. Went back on Wednesday to finish it and had to start it over again! Unfortunately couldn't finish it again, then went back today and again it was at the beginning!!!! It really sucks because you cannot fast forward!! It used to be that you could go back and it would hold your place or you were able to at least fast forward if you had already watched it! With all we pay for cable, this should be the way it works. People have a life and I thought that's what On Demand was, to watch when you had time! Please change how you have this!!</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Why is it so difficult to disconnect your service here? First of all I moved in January to a corporate home with Internet and I wasn't sure when I would have a permanent home for Internet so I called them to disconnect my service. The agent convinced me to place it on hold for three months which she said was the maximum but I found out you can place on hold up to 9 months. However she placed my service on hold for 2 months. So I received a bill for the full month even though I can't use the service. I call them again to cancel my service and I was tossed around for about an hour, from Internet service to cell phone, to maintenance to corporate home and then disconnected. I called a few days later to have the line disconnect only to be told I have an old bill which I don't, tossed to billing and was told I didn't have an old bill and was confused as to why they didn't just disconnect my service, tossed again to customer service account would basically told me I now owe for two months because they didn't cancel it the first time I called plus a disconnect fee. They couldn't help me at all even though the rep told me three months and placed for two months and I have not used the services since January.  </p>]]>
