My cordless Panasonic phone says that I need to get an access code from my telephone company to access my voicemails on my phone. What is the VM access code?

I hav very poor hearing and have great difficulty understanding messages left on my voicemail.

Block specific phone numbers?

I use to be able to block up to 30 specific phone numbers from the "Voice" option on Spectrum for my landline. It has been a long time since I tried this and I no longer see any way to do this today. There were other Voice options that also are missing. Are these features still available or have they been removed?
