        <description><![CDATA[<p>I have a smart tv and use the DVR cloud service to record shows.  This has been working fine, but one of my shows that airs on Tuesdays at 8pm isn’t recording. There is only one other thing recording at the same time and I have nothing stored—as they are typically watched and deleted right away.  If I go to the program through the search it says it is set to record the series, new episodes only—but it never does and if you go into the future recordings it isn’t there!  I don’t get it!!</p><p><br />
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it??</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p> overall, I haven’t been happy with the  cloud. I got a new television in August and it seemed to work great. Beginning of December suddenly all my cloud recordings come and go. Cloud is a perfect name since my recordings are cloudy and then they clear up and then they get cloudy again. I have had so much frustration with this and have reset everything, had  out five times and  seems to  no fix. But this week’s problem is new and it is only with NBC recordings. The show just freezes up and lags. Despite the fact, I reset all it still is happening and I’m not having any problems with the other stations that I record so I’ve tried to report this to  but they always resort back to  reset  the  so I hope if other people are having problems it can get reported</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm ready to drop Spectrum's TV service with Cloud DVR. Do you remember what it was like about 2 years ago with Cloud DVR?  You would be watching a program and then suddenly the quality would drop to something worse than a pirated movie. I thought Spectrum had this fixed but it's rearing it's ugly head again, at least here in NE Ohio. Anyone else experiencing this? It might be time to go back to YoutubeTV.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm a long time Time Warner/Spectrum user for my cable service.  I've been a big fan of their hard drive DVR service.  We recently moved into a new home and have been giving their Xumo streaming box a try in place of the DVR.  From a functionality standpoint, I'm missing my hard drive DVR.  While I can probably live with that, I'm also finding that the Xumo cloud based recordings are sometimes not full screen and sometimes are (much) less than a 2180 resolution.  I don't ever recall experiencing those video drawbacks with my physical hard drive DVR recordings.  Have any of you used both recording options and have you experienced the similar results?  Were you able to do anything to resolve the shortcomings of the Xumo device?  While the Xumo service saves a few bucks over the hard drive DVR service,  I'm in the process of installing an 85" Bravia 7 display and don't want to have to live with the video shortcomings on the new display. This lack of is very inconvenient and inefficient, forcing users to delete one show at a time.  I do not want to spend all my time deleting stuff.  Please improve your software.  </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>With 3 months for certain shows, the newest episode is always at the bottom of a list. When you have 3 months of recordings, that means you have to sort through a hundred episodes to get there. This could be solved simply by the latest recording to always be on top of the list or you have an option for storage to be say only seven episodes. That's all we need. Or if you have to have 3 months of recordings I delete all button would be great. We had it in the past on the dvrs and we also had the seven episode option before. Please fix it and let me know that this is doable. Otherwise I'm going to have to find another solution.</p>]]>
