For 2 months every time I call they give me a date how about 2 weeks out and then they never show up and then I called back and then they get me two more weeks out and then I called back and then they put it out about a week and a half and then I call back and then they put me out again they don't ever come? Has to be someone who works there that can get this done , very unprofessional ! Anyone I can call</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>I am looking for help regarding a consistent, time-of-day-based service degradation that began around April 30th.</p><p>Prior to 4/30, service was stable. Since then, I am seeing massive spikes in packet loss (up to 60%) and a corresponding collapse in throughput every evening during peak hours.</p><p><strong>Observed Symptoms:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Packet Loss:</strong> Spikes between 11am to 6pm.</li><li><strong>Throughput:</strong> Drops from a stable 500+ Mbps to sub-100 Mbps (and occasionally near zero) during these loss events.</li><li><strong>Equipment:</strong> EU2251.</li></ul><p>I have attached a graph showing the 30-day trend.         <description><![CDATA[<p>so yesterday afternoon I noticed that there was a spectrum tech working down the road. He was in and out of a neighbors house, so it was their service call. An hour later when I was leaving for work I saw him working up on the pole. 20 minutes later I get a notification from my camera that someone’s in my front yard.         <description><![CDATA[<p> I had a transfer or service to my new address and a tech come  did my service never told me to send in my old box. None of this was discussed or no email sent to me about this so they kept my old account  charging me twice a month without me even knowing it I just now  today and spectrum said there was no way to get me a refund this is not my fault y’all didn’t cancel or terminate the service at my old address. That is not my fault. Y’all need to take some responsibility for your actions. Y’all were supposed to cut my old service off. I want my . I was getting billed twice a month for seven months so  tally it up and send me my money.</p>]]>
