        <description><![CDATA[<p>Had to get on here and shout out Joshua in Jacksonville, NC. I was having a very strange internet problem and was trying to troubleshoot from home (which I’m usually able to do). I finally caved and requested a technician come help me troubleshoot. When Joshua arrived he was extremely polite and immediately got to work, following his initial troubleshooting steps. His meter wasn’t properly reading some of the speed/connection outputs and things just weren’t adding up. He assured me that I’m not crazy and something strange was happening. He told me he was going to reach out to one of his more experienced coworkers. At this point I feel like he could have easily guessed or stopped putting full effort into finding the problem. Instead, Joshua was just as determined to find the problem as I was. He followed every step he was trained to and figured out the issue with the help of a little back up, which was smartly called in. Him and his coworker then went above and beyond, ensuring that I am doing everything possible to optimize my internet connection and speed.</p><p><br />
Joshua’s commitment to Spectrum customers, hard work, resourcefulness, and dedication completely fixed my internet issues. His actions reflected beautifully on his leadership, teachers, training, and all of Spectrum.</p><p><br />

While working, Lewis discovered that the job would take longer than expected because of the amount of work ahead. Lewis remained courteous and professional the entire time. He treated my mother as if she was his. He even went the extra mile to make sure cords did not pose a fall hazard. I am extremely lucky to have had such an experience and want to say, "thank you." </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Carl the service tech( Winter Haven/Lakeland Spectrum Tech) that went out of his way to assure that he was going to find the problem that half a dozen tech before tried, patched and failed in 90 days or less. He is very communicative, polite, punctual and above all you dont have to press 2 or ask me my user name and password three dozen times to get hung up on, my usual experience. Kept me posted and did what I thought was about a 3 hour job, he assured me he could complete his work is less than 2 hours. climbed the pole, climbed under the house in the crawl space and rewired from the debark to the two poles across the street no splices extra wire stays and patience to do a military quality repair and installation RENEW. He is far too practical for spectrum, he needs to have all new tech ride along and watch what street side customer service means….THANKS Carl……</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I want to recognize the Spectrum Store team in Riverview, FL for the support they provided during an incredibly stressful and ongoing mobile service issue involving primary phone number. After spending several days on the phone with multiple departments and receiving no resolution, I came into this location and received real help from Juan, Sebastion, Landon, and Tom. </p><p>Each played a significant role in helping me get my phone service restored. Juan identified that repeated transfer attempts were being made using an IMEI connected to a newly financed phone with restrictions. Sebastian was patient, professional, and very thorough. He reviewed the situation, confirmed my device status, and worked through the transfer process carefully instead of rushing or dismissing my concerns. </p><p>Landon and Tom stepped in and assisted during the process, following the necessary steps and helping ensure the transfer was completed correctly. Thank you to Juan, Sebastian, Landon, and Tom at the Riverview, FL Spectrum store for showing professionalism, teamwork, and care when it was needed most.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>My initial reason for contacting a customer service rep was to inquire about adding the flip phone I had just replaced with a more current device to a second line (to keep as a basic communicator I could throw in my pocket for emergencies, requests for assistance, etc.).  Sales Rep Priscilla in Chicago not only went out of her way to understand what I wanted to initially do and make it a reality but also go over my Spectrum service bundle and make some big improvements to it. Unfortunately the issue didn’t lie with Spectrum so Sean wasn’t able to provided the solution, but he tried helping with everything that he could. If possible we’d love if you would let Sean know that we were able to solve the issue and we appreciate how apologetic he was that he couldn’t do more for us. </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The short version of the issue first: We have Tivo with a CableCard. Spectrum jumped the gun in changing out our configuration for an upcoming (April 10, per their letter) service change. After some good online support, it eventually got fixed, but they wanted to send a tech out to be sure.  Joshua came to help yesterday and confirmed we are good for now until the service changes and then confirmed what I will need to do when that happens. He also pointed out a way to simplify my current setup, which I did today and greatly appreciate. And he took time through it all to explain the reason for the upcoming changes on a more technical level, which I also appreciated. I wanted to make sure Josh gets proper kudos for going beyond the call.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Not sure how to contact anyone in management but I just had to order service and make changes to previous service and Sean was my customer service rep. I reached him by calling the 1-866-874-2389 number. Sean was extremely helpful and professional but best of all, he was funny and personable. He had me laughing at some of his comments. Every customer service representative should take clues from Sean. I hope this reaches the right people as Sean deserves to be recognized. </p>]]>
