        <description><![CDATA[<p>When I create a "Favorites" Guide list I get duplicate SD and HD entries. The system will  not let me delete just the SD entries. It takes my HD entry as well.  The unnecessary clutter resulting in the favorites guide makes it almost useless.  I understand the duplication in the full guide, but the Favorites guide should be entirely user selectable. The whole channel selection process on the App is extremely clumsy, to the point where the Spectrum remote and cable box are much more efficient. Also, many customers prefer to simply punch in a channel number. Can't even do that now! Time to uninstall and return to the cable box.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Please upgrade the Spectrum TV app on smart TVs so that the audio will be Dolby Digital 5.1 like on regular cable boxes. This will benefit subscribers who use soundbars or home theater systems.</p><p>Right now, the app only supports stereo sound, and I can only get Dolby Digital 5.1 through my regular cable box, or through my rabbit-ear antenna.</p><p>I am using the app on an LG smart TV, and would love to have Dolby Digital 5.1 sound without having to rent a cable box. <br /><br />
Please add this feature to all future versions of the Spectrum TV app, regardless of platform.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>For the last couple of weeks,  I have been having a problem getting any volume on the Spectrum App, when i first turn on the app. I switch over to a different app and the volume is,fine. Then I go back to Spectrum app and sometimes the volume is back on and sometimes it takes awhile to get the volume back.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm using the Roku Ultra with the Spectrum TV App. During fast forwarding or rewinding of Live TV or On Demand programming, the video preview using the Trickplay image or thumbnail is displayed to allow for tracking of the video content.</p><p>This feature is not present when watching recorded content from the cloud DVR.  Why Not?</p><p>This is when this feature would be used most often.</p><p>It would be very help to have the same preview thumbnails available as it is shown for live or on demand content.</p><p>This feature works on the Xumo platform using the Spectrum App. So, it would appear that this function is possible.</p><p>Is this a bug which should be addressed, or a feature which can be added? Can this request be forwarded to tech support for inclusion into the next update?</p><p>Thank You!</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>The recent change to the left and right buttons to skip forward or backward 10 secs for replay purposes is very helpful.</p><p>Can a customer support request ticket be entered for a future enhancement to expand this feature to include additional skip times. The idea being a slight functionality update to the buttons where pressing 1X jumps by the current 10 secs, pressing 2X jumps by 30 sec, pressing 3X jumps by 60 sec, and pressing 4x jumps by 180 sec and if pressed again the sequence starts over.</p><p>This feature would also be useful of the Xumo Platform</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>(This is not about Roku, but the category menu doesn't have a general app category.)</p><p>I decided to use my Roku app to compare the image resolution of the Super Bowl using the Peacock app, versus the Spectrum app tuned to NBC. When I selected the Spectrum app's NBC channel, a question popped up asked if I wanted to use 4K resolution. I agreed, then another question popped up asking if I wanted to use this all the time. I agreed. I now see the setting.</p><ul><li>Is this 4K setting new?</li><li>Why wouldn't I want this? Maybe if my household has multiple simultaneous high-res streams or usage (we do not). Could cause excess buffering.</li><li>Will there be any Spectrum throttling? Any Spectrum upcharges on my bill? Now or in the future?</li><li>Is there a list of programs in 4K? How do I know if my current program is (supposed to be) 4K?</li></ul>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I can't access the streaming apps on any of the above devices.  My husband and I each are listed as administrators and each have our own login credentials.  I can log into spectrum app with my email/PW.  My husband activated several of the streaming apps, including peacock through his credentials.  Every time I try to watch peacock on any device, i get an "we don't recognize this account" on peacock's login using his credentials. Peacock says the same thing if I try to activate it with my spectrum email/PW.  I have a couple of old peacock accounts—neither have an active subscription.  I've logged out of those accounts.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I set up a guide favorites list in the app but it has duplicates of all channels (SD &amp; HD, I assume).  Can I get rid of that &amp; only have the favorites list show one channel version?  It 's pretty irritating to have to scroll thru all the duplicates.  I also prefer to sort by channel name &amp; all channels have 2 versions right on top of each other. This makes me a crazy person.</p><p>Googling told me to only put the favoring heart on the HD channel versions &amp; that would fix it but it doesn't. Regardless of which version I heart, both the SD &amp; HD versions appear in my favorites list.  If I remove the heart on the SD version it removes both versions. The Spectrum TV channel will not work internationally.&nbsp;For the best experience with the Spectrum TV channel, use a third-generation or above Roku device. Spectrum TV is not compatible with first-generation Roku devices.</span></p>
