It keeps redirecting. TWC redirects to spectrum.net which when you log in properly will redirect to TWC which redirects back to spectrum login page.
Redirect loops usually occur when there has been a change in accounts or a change of address. Accounts are associated with the physical address, a new address will create a new account number and new logins will need to be created.
