Can't delete future "SERIES" recordings

Jus got off the phone with Spectrum and my assistant agrees with me as I informed him what I found as WE looked for a result. So, problem is that with the newer DVR systems, there is a problem with finding where to CANCEL future DVR recordings once you decide you no longer want to watch a show's series recording any longer. Spectrum online, Google and anywhere else I looked only gave instructions on how to delete the actual future episode recording but not the series. Here is the solution if you cross this problem that even Spectrum didn't know. Access either your My Library or on your remote, go to DVR. Next, stroll down from Recordings to Scheduled. Hit OK, Select, Enter...whatever you have. Go down to one of the episodes of the series you no longer desire to record. Hit OK, Select, Enter...whatever you have. Go over to "View Series Info" button on the tv screen. Hit OK, Select, Enter...whatever you have. Go to "Cancel". Hit OK, Select, Enter...whatever you have. Select "Cancel" a second time. That's it. So the problem is internal within Spectrum programming to where navigation isn't user friendly and will be corrected asap. Hope this helps someone. Has been bugging me for weeks. I know this is a lot to read but once you see where it is and how easy it is, you see it's worth it. Good luck.

    Thank you on behalf of many forum readers!  You posted a well written article that should help those who have mentioned this specific menu problem with their DVRs. 

    If you would please take one last step, click on the OPTIONS menu in the upper right side of this frame and select the line for SOLVED or RESOLVED, or whatever the heck it says.  Only you as the original poster or a Spectrum moderator can see that item to set the "SOLVED" message flag.  Again, thank you for bringing your solution tio the forums.
