I wish to change my username, but Cust. Sevice told me that I cant't. I will need to delete my account, and start a new one. What? Is this true?
If you would like to register a new username you can do that. We can then "promote" the new user to the be the primary username and deactivate the old if you would like.
You can have multiple users, with different access to billing etc.
