TV app for my phone

I've restarted my phone, deleted and reloaded the app, reset my router, sent feedback 10,000 times. The app keeps giving me a dge-1001 error. It worked for two+ years and now suddenly I can't use it? Someone help me!

    DGE-1001 is a generic authentication error.  Please try resetting your password and let us know if the issue continues.
