Has the Time Wardner wifi, firestick worked fine. Added tv bundle now the firestick does not connect to wifi?
I am confused by the question as well...are you saying that you cannot connect to the Spectrum TV app on your Firestick or that your Firestick will not connect to your home network?
If the former...you're on your own. The Spectrum TV app is not officially supported on Firesticks. If the latter...did you reboot everything (modem, router, Firestick) when you made the changes to your plan?
Thanks - disconnected all and the system allowed the firestick to connect to the wifi.
Which TV bundle did you add? As far as I know, Amazon Firesticks / Amazon FireTV devices are not supported devices for the Spectrum TV app. If your Firestick is having WiFi issues, has anything changed on your router? Have the passwords changed?
