First, any competent network technician knows that you measure your cable internet connection speed using wired ethernet on a CAT5e cable, not WiFi. That disallows your cellphone for running critical network speed tests. Next, you said you just got a new modem and router, but you didn't say why you needed to change out those units, nor who told you they had to be replaced. And last, it appears from the screenshot that your smartphone is trying to connect to a shared public WiFi hotspot, just like Alexa is telling you.
You need to select the WiFi SSID connection belonging to your new Spectrum internet gateway modem. You may have accidentally selected your neighbor's home network by mistake. Spectrum service activation keys are locked to the modem IP address assigned to your account by Spectrum.
Do you have a client that you can connect directly to the router with an ethernet cable?
