Can't access DVR from iPhone or iPad app... Error codes ICM-1010 & ICM-1011. Is there a resolution for these error codes?

I have Spectrum 200 DVR and Spectrum 100 Digital Receivers.
Thanks. There is a known issue with the Spectrum 200 (Worldbox) not communicating with remote devices through the app. Our engineers are working on a fix, unfortunately there is not an estimated time when the fix will be completed.
Has this been fixed?? Seems still to be an issue?
