Daily Issues with multiple (T3 Timeout)

This is what mine looks like and I have been having almost daily issues with internet connectivity (especially since late March.  I own my own Motorla SBG6580.  I would appreciate any thoughts you have for fixing this issue.  Thanks!

    You've got a VERY noisy line... ultimately may need a tech on site.

    In the short term, double check your cable run as best you can for signs of compromised/crimped cables, direct exposure to excess moisture/heat or electronic/mechanical devices that may emit RFI (microwaves, motors, fluorescent fixtures, speakers, etc), and loose/corroded connections. Also make sure there are no open cables/ports. Every cable/port should be terminated by either an actual device or a termination cap so they don't act like an antenna to draw in noise.

    One thing often overlooked is cable length. Forget the exact length for their setup, but about 3 feet is a good rule of thumb to deal with some weird reflection interference that occurs at each connection point, and there should not be so much cable that it gets coiled up. You want it to be as straight a run as you can (any bends tighter then about the curve around a 2 liter bottle can risk compromising signal through an RG6 or thicker cable).

    Thanks.  So how many years should my device last?  And the age of the device doesn't affect the connection problem?   I think I've had this one maybe 7 years.

    Thanks!  The only other thing I can think of that could potentially be upsetting it is my indoor digital antenna that's positioned about 3 feet from my modem/router.  I would guess they don't run on the same frequency (not sure that's the correct term to use) but I could unplug that and see if it helps.
