Cloud DVR issues

The cloud dvr is showing numerous shows recorded, however, I cannot get to them, nor delete them. There are almost 30 recordings just taking up space. Been this way for a couple of weeks. I have seen people complain about this on twitter so it must be an issue that is known by spectrum. Please help.

    This is a known issue with cDVR. Out engineers are working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there is not a estimated time for the issue to be fixed.
