I tried to get in touch with Spectrum today to disconnect my service but was cut off when switching from one operator to another to stop my service. What can i do beside sit on hold for over 50 minutes to talk to the spectrum rep.
Unfortunately, when calling in to disconnect services you need to be transferred to a specially trained representative.
Another option is to visit a local Spectrum Store near you. Since any Spectrum equipment in your possession needs to be returned, this may be a more convenient option. Your local store can also review any options that may better suit your current or future needs. The account holder needs to be present to complete the transaction. Also, please be aware that we do not prorate the billing period after service is disconnected, so you may want to coordinate any changes with the end of the billing cycle.
