Has anyone else had this problem? I can't login and can't pay my bill as a result... now its in collections I think! What the heck... any other way?
I was unable to locate an account from your registration information. Your Community peers would not be able to assist further with this issue. If the account has been closed, then online access is restricted. You would need to call support directly at 1-855-707-7328.
Can you reach Spectrum.net? I would try a VPN and use a USA ip address or call customer service and have them do a phone payment.
Spectrum is by no means perfect, but I doubt highly that they will send you to collection for a missed payment. More likely you will get dinged with a late payment fee. Now if you haven’t payed for six months maybe, but they would cut your service off long before that.
As mentioned earlier your best bet would be to call them. They can arrange payment over the phone by credit card or some other method. Best not to drag it out though.
