What does a STAM-1548 error mean?

We are switching over from DirecTV back to Spectrum, which has been the internet service provider. I think that I have the receiver hooked up correctly to the splitter that’s distributing the signal from Charter. When the receiver is powered up, it goes through a “please wait while we set things up” period, and then gives a STAM-1548 error code. Just want to know if it’s a connection issue, or something else.

    Receiver is a Motorola DCX3200-M

    I'm not seeing an error code matching STAM-1548. Did you do a self-install?

    Yes I did. I was not involved with the ordering process when my mom, who lives next door to me, changed from DirecTV back to Charter for her TV service. She just told me that the new Charter receiver had been shipped to the house, and that it needed to be hooked up.

    Sounds like a service call is needed to complete the installation. If the issue has not been resolved, please let us know.
