    Too many problems with equipment not having basic functions like delete obsolete series and priorities. No fix provided.

    Horrible app design and lack of so many basic features. Using the spectrum cloud DVR feels like we’ve gone back 20 years in terms of use ability and technology. And the go to answer from Spectrum technical support seems to be either “we’re aware of the issue and are working on it” OR “have you tried re-booting the app?”. Awful. I’d give zero stars if I could.
