The On Demand search function has become pretty much useless....With the new changes you can no longer search individual channels (networks) for On Demand programming.....Any chance channel search capability will return to On Demand?
Have you tried rebooting your box? Do that if you can, and then wait for about a half hour for any updates to Search On Demand to occur than try to search and use On Demand again.
If that does not work, can you post a screenshot of what you see on search screens and On Demand screens? Also the make and model of your box (should be on the panel) and the State, City, and Zip for where you are located. Thanks!
Several possibilities here:
1.) The search is down for maintenance or updates. When did this start?
2.) The remotes should have an On Demand button that you can press to get to On Demand Channels.
3.) What cable box and guide do you have?
Started maybe 9.15.20....worked fine day before called Spectrum support.....and they too were baffled...and couldn't find channel(network) search function for On Demand...informed they couldn't help me....
Rebooting did the trick. The channel(network) option has returned to the menu and able to search On Demand networks. Thank you for your time, patience and efforts.
