Remote DVR Manager

    You used to be able to program set schedules for DVRs remotely ( thru you mobile app) is that function gone ?

    Welcome to the Spectrum Community. The Remote DVR function has not been removed. There are a few reasons you may not see that option. We have several of the World Boxes that are not compatible, if you have recently changed equipment this may be the reason. The other reason you may see this problem is if the DVR is dropping out of 2 way communication. When this happens the box is not communicating with the system and can not receive the commands from the app.

    Yes, all of Julia's comments are important. What is the make and model of your DVR? If it is a World Box (No Clock on the front) it may not be compatible. If you have a DVR box with a clock, DVR Manager and all mobile services will require between 48-72 hours before communication relays can occur between the set top box and remote services.
