Cloud DVR

My old cable DVR has been having issues as of late. The guide keeps blanking out and reset to "To be Announced" . This happened daily. I replaced the box and same problem. So I called Specturm, the gentlement suggested I go to Cloud DVR. I installed the Apple TV box only to find Cloud DVR only works on a very limited channel package. Why? That make it useless. I guess I have to send Apple TV back.

    If you are seeing the guide missing data with multiple pieces of equipment I would have to say the most likely a problem with the signal levels and/or overall connection to the equipment.

    I am not understanding what you mean by limited channel package? You should be able to utilize that Cloud DVR for any channels that you subscribe to.
