My cable box is stuck on "downloading card" message after a power outage. I've tried manual resetting and resetting through the app,. For a few minutes I got a very pixelated image on a few channels, now back to "downloading card." Any ideas?
I apologize for the issues. When you manually reset the cable box did you unplug just the power cord or the coax cord as well?
