Anyone know how to update my Arris TM1602a MTA modem's Firmware?

I appreciate any help at all. Verty frustrated.

Hello! The firmware is automatically updated by us when there is a firmware that has been fully tested and approved for our network.
You do not need to do anything on that front.

Leggs, are you having problems? Please describe them. You can get a new modem from Spectrum. Thanks and enjoy, John.
Cable modem firmware is not user updatable. The upgrade has to come from the cable end. Spectrum will only send out updates after exhaustive testing and only if it addresses something they feel is needed. They won’t release something into their system until they are 100 percent sure it won’t make matters worse.
As already stated your best bet if you are having problems is to contact Spectrum and have them try to resolve them.
Reminder: An eMTA (phone) modem has to be installed by a company technician, it is NOT a user-swappable unit. You could end up waiting a while for the onsite visit to be scheduled.
