Dolby Digital on Roku and a way to manually enter channel number

These exact topics are in the thread linked below, but the thread has been closed with no resolution.

Why does Spectrum TV on Roku stream only stereo (2 channel) audio and not the Dolby Digital 2.0 or 5.1 audio (based on channel and show) provided by the same content using a Spectrum cable box?

Other streaming services can provide Dolby Digital 5.1, so Spectrum should be able to stream the native format provided by the cable box for any given content.

Spectrum appears to be transcoding the native cable channel content (Dolby Digital 5.1 or 2.0 at 48 KHz) to a stereo codec at 44.1 kHz (a strange choice).

Please update Spectrum TV on Roku to stream the native audio formats provided by the cable box for given content.

Secondly, please add a way to manually enter channel number. Scrolling through the entire line-up is tedious and slow.
