Hi, my DVR was replaced and now I cannot control, the new DVR from the APP. I get the following error message. ”DVR Info Unavailable on This Device...” Reference Code: IRDV-1000. Can you help investigate? My other DVR works fine.

The working unit is a Spectrum201
Can I return it and get a Spectrum201 again?
