travel channel go not working 11/18/20

Was watch the travel go app and all the sudden it says that this content is for viewers who receive travel channel as part of there pay tv subscription. it says im logged in. i logged out and back in with a success but every thing has red keys on it

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    Are you having issues with the Travel Channel app on more than one device? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? Also are you having any issues with watching the Travel Channel on your cable box?

    I wanted to let you all know that we have identified an issue with the Travel channel in a few areas and are working to get that restored as quickly as possible.

    is there anything we need to do or will it automatically show back up in the Spectrum Roku App?

    Hello! It should show back up on its own. In some cases the app would be removed and then re-added but

    we have not been informed that this should be done.
