Currently my paid device says it is not eligible and it is paid in full and unlocked. I was told that they will allow these devices eventually but no one can tell me when. A date would be nice.

Because of this I will be switching carriers. As a company if you sell a product line then you should allow customers to bring their own phones even if they are new to the market. I have been with spectrum for a few years now and dislike leaving but if I am not going to have new phone supported then it makes no sense to stay.
