How to access the Admin Login for my Sagemcom Router that I got from Spectrum?

When I type 192.168.1.1 it brings me to the basic router info, and when I type 192.168.100.1 it says "This site cannot be reached". I've been trying to access the GUI, and I just read that the 192.168.1.1 is accessing the Lan side of my router but I just want access to the GUI where I use admin as my username and password. Someone please help me.

Carlos03, I know nothing about the Sagecom, but usually 192.168.100.1 is accessing the modem which Spectrum no longer allows. 192.168.1.1 is usually the router. Do you have one or two boxes? Please look on the bottom/label for information. You can also DL User Manuals from Spectrum. Thanks, John.

Hello Carlos - sorry to hear you are having access issues. There are a few different models of Sagemcoms out there - the RAC2V2S being one of the most common. The default login is 192.168.1.1 with admin as default for username and password. You can access the detailed login info from your spectrum.net account and download the pdf of the user guide that has the overview and settings options. Would encourage you to contact Spectrum tech support if you are not able to access for additional assistance. Please let us know how it goes after you contact them.

The only way to access that modem is:

    1. My Spectrum App, on a smart phone or Tablet, click on Services
    2. Spectrum.net online via a browser

#1 is your best bet as it has the most functionality

It's my understanding on these new Spectrum routers there is no longer any web browser gui support like older models used to be.

    so 192.168.1.1 doesn't work anymore
