Spectrum TV App - Audio but no Video

I just got a 2020 Moto G Power (Android 10) for Christmas. I migrated from a 2018 Moto G6 (originally Android 8, updated to Android 9). The Spectrum TV App worked fine on the old Moto G6, but with the new Moto G Power, I can login and get Audio but no Video. Any suggestions?

    Hi @BDUB_BURBANK

    Can you check your settings and make sure that you have "boosted" color disabled? This setting is not compatible with the app, color will need to be set to "normal". Let us know if this resolves the issue.
