My spectrum TV app has worked perfectly on my ipad for a long time. I went away for Christmas and now it will not load. I get the IGE-9000 Error

Hello!
That error is a very generic error. Can you tell us a little bit about what troubleshooting steps you have taken?
When you say it will not load do you mean it crashes while trying to open or it will not load a selected video or Live TV stream?
