CNN programing/Interrupted/MTV ad

The last view weeks CNN programing is interrupted by an unscheduled 30 sec

MTV ad......Guest will be speaking...and suddenly an 30 second MTV ad will appear....Not sure if this is just restricted to zip 78501....but the ads are very annoying...it is bad enough with all the "regular" Spectrum ads.....Using cable box with regular cable connection. TIA

    Hi,

    This sounds more like a programming error with the network. If it should happen again, please let us know and note the exact time and the channel number so we can investigate further.

    Thanks for the additional information. This is not a known issue, but there was an issue impacting video in your area. I sent a refresh signal to your equipment. Please restart the cable box by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Let us know if the issue continues so we can determine next steps.

    Followed your instructions....and restarted(11.00 a.m) cable box.....everything fine....until....

    Ad showed up again......

    Channel 35 CNN/MTV "Teen Mom" ad 1.15.21. 11.16a.m...Haven't been watching CNN too much in evening..so don't know ad is still appearing in PM....but if i was a betting person i would say yes.....

    Hi, Douglas,

    Have you contacted CNN on Twitter to report this? I would mention that Spectrum is your cable system over on Twitter, and give your city, state, and zip and mention the problem with the "Teen Mom" ad. Let CNN know that Spectrum thinks this is a problem with a local ad appearing on the network. I agree with @James_M that this sounds like a programing issue.

    Yesterday 10:11am

    Now Spectrum is interrupting programming with a Spectrum Center ICE ad..

    January 21, 1.44pm Spectrum Center ICE, Channel 35 CNN(the ad also appeared the daybefore, but didn't log time.

    January 21, 2.16pm MTV Teen Mom, Channel 35 CNN

    Ads break into program without warning...like a weather bulletin or Amber alert....they are also 30 second ads
