NO CALLER ID TO TV

JUST INSTALLED A NEW CISCO BOX.UNABLE TO GET CALLER ID ON THIS TV.I HAS BEEN REBOOTED AND ALSO THE MODEM..OTHER TELEVISIONS OK.NOTIFICATIONS ARE ON.CUSTOMER SERVICE TRIED TO HELP NO LUCK.ANY SUGGESTIONS.

    Hello,

    Caller ID on TV can take a good 24 hours to activate from the time the box is installed. Remote services can take up to 72 hours. (Remote DVR, Spectrum TV, ect.) Make sure that your Caller ID prompt is turned on in Caller ID Box settings.
