On Demand content availability

Why does Spectrum keep adding and then taking away episodes of On Demand shows? Sometimes, whole seasons are missing, only to later reappear. This is very frustrating..

Hello @sivey1 and welcome to the forums!

Unfortunately, this is not controlled by Spectrum, but the individual content providers themselves. If you are missing any specific content, please feel free to post what is missing here and we can try to determine if this is something which can be addressed.

    Thank you.

If On Demand episodes are missing,

Yes, this is determined by the station hosting the programs and not by Spectrum. Expected wait time for On Demand content to appear, AFTER the show has originally aired can be from approximatly two days to a week. Recommendations for missing On Demand shows would be the following:

1.) Contacting the station through Social Media. (Their website, Twitter, Facebook)

2.) Mentioning your state, city, and zip code, along with cable provider.

3.) The name of the show or series that is missing On Demand.

4.) Include season number and episode number if known to the station you are contacting.

    Hi all!

I do want to add that if it seems random, please do check the Spectrum On Demand website to

see if they show there as being available. If they are there but you do not have them available that

    would warrant further research.
