Cloud DVR fast forward not working

    Welcome!

    I edited your post to make it easier for other members to follow. Two quick follow up questions:

    • What device are you using for Cloud DVR?
    • Does this happen on all recordings? Was the recording completed when you tried to FF?

    Thanks. I'm using the Apple TV device. It seems to only happen when the show is recording, but then if my wife just leaves it alone and goes back to that recording later it does the same thing.

    Thanks. FF is not enabled while a program is still recording, otherwise

    • For Apple TV FF: press touchpad on the remote control, swipe left/right.
