5G Nationwide Coverage

Open Signal and Verizon indicate there is no 5G in my town, Ventura, CA. Yet the Spectrum coverage map shows its available. How would this work?

A mobile specialist would be a better resource, but checking Verizon's 5G coverage map I am seeing coverage.
The map indicates 5G Nationwide and indicates 5G Ultra Wideband available in parts of these cities.
Verizon Coverage Map
Our map, for obvious reasons, indicates the same, it also shows where in the city you would have 4GLTE and 4G LTE Partners Spectrum Mobile Map
If you will provide the coverage maps you are looking at I would like to take a look. If you are seeing big discrepancies we definitely would like to know. One of the big differences between an all cellular connection and ours would be the use of our mobile hot spots when they are available.

Thanks Julia. I see the coverage on your reference. The reason I was looking is that there are some 4G LTE dead areas in my town and its marginal at my house (despite what it shows on the map) so I was thinking I'd upgrade my phone if I could get better coverage. Hard to tell so far.
