Spectrum App Buffering when watching "On Demand" content.

FYI.. your app buffers a lot in the evening when watching on demand content (CBS'S Young Sheldon for example). The issue's on your end because I can watch the same show on demand using the CBS app with no buffering. Please fix this asap.

    Hi and welcome!

    Sorry for any poor experience. Buffering is usually a connection issue. Deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting the modem typically resolves most issues. If it does not, please let us know if you are on your home network, what device you are using and the results of a Speed Test. As well, let us know if you are receiving any error codes.
