I was told that I had a huge package loss rate by your online chat. How can that be fixed?

My TV buffers and loses signal several times a night. The online chat said I had a huge package loss rate of 40%. How can I fix that without paying for a technician to come out?

    Hi @sheln,

    Welcome and sorry for any confusion. We do not charge for service calls when there is an issue impacting your service. Restarting the modem and router may provide a short term fix, otherwise if the issue continues, we would suggest having a technician investigate.
