No Ranging Response received - T3 on new modem

I just replaced my modem with a Motorola MB7621. Prior to this, I had a Surfboard SB6121. I have run Resilio drive syncing for a couple of years and would generally get a couple of MBs when syncing was running. After the new modem was installed I am seeing Resilio only getting about 200 KB when syncing. If I reboot the modem It will spike up to 8 to 10 MB for maybe a minute then go back down to 200 KB. This is the graph that I see on the transfer:

I do get a couple of errors in the logs of the modem:

The Channels look good to me:


I have not called for a technician at this time but I am pretty sure it is a line problem.

    Greetings icantgrep - sorry to hear you are having service issues.

    The details you posted were particularly helpful.

    The T3 and T4 errors are service impacting.

    Kindly contact tech support , Ask them to schedule trouble call and ask them to correct source of T3 and T4 errors. It is most typically cabling issue on segment of cable that goes from modem out to pedestal on street.

    Kindly let us know how it goes after your service appointment.

    Way cool handle by the way "grep" has long history going back to pdp-11 days "comes from the ed command g/re/p (globally search for a regular expression and print matching lines)" :-)
