Constant Internet connection dropping

My internet has been constantly dropping. Even after rebooting the modem and router the problem still persists. My last two technicians have replaced the modem and routers, but the problem still is persisting. It's extremely tiresome and It feels like I am not getting the best out of my internet service.

    Hello! I am sorry to hear you are having issues like this. Do you have a modem that allows you to

    login to and view/post the error logs, signal levels and FEC data?

    If so we would love to review those here.

    When your devices are dropping, are they all dropping at the same time? Do you have wired and wireless?

    Any additional information you can provide may be very helpful.
