The My Spectrum App hasn't worked in Months on my android phone I contacted spectrum about it they have no answers and you can no longer rate the app with feedback on the Google Play Store. The app doesn't work for any one read the reviews on the Google play store. The app is no longer functioning even with the recent update fix the app before updating it even the new beta features doesn't work because the app is brok

What is the model and OS on the android phone? Have you tried loading the app to a different device? Do you get an error message?
