Bally Sports Channel (Los Angeles, CA)

I have the Select package and initially when I got it, I was sent the brochure of channels. It had said that the Fox Sports channels were included (60 & 61 ; they are now named Bally Sports since it was bought out). It doesn't seem that they were included since theres a little KEY icon on the side of the channel on the guide. I upgraded to Silver Package and still nothing. The weird thing is that I am able to use the Bally Sports app on my mobile device with my Spectrum log in just fine. I just want to be able to watch it on my TV, not my phone. This doesn't make sense to me. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Do I have to upgrade to Gold? WEIRD.

    Hello and welcome to the Community!

    I was able to locate your account using the email address you used to sign up to the Community and see these channels are apart of your package. I see there was an interruption earlier today that has since been resolved that may have affected video services. Are you still unable to view these channels and if so does this affect all cable boxes that you have seen or just one?
