What can I do to stop my Internet Connection from going in and out?

Today is 7/13/21. Back on June 23rd my Internet Service dropped. It was because someone at Spectrum, or maybe an automated process, re-scripted my MODEM and changed my service from Static IP to Dynamic. Several Techs and Network Engineers worked on the problem over a 5-day period and the best they could do was to get it working intermittently. They said the problems were coming from my Static IP and my legacy account.

I changed my account to Dynamic IP, I traded in my MODEM for a new one, and I still had the same problem. I upgraded to Ultra and purchased a new Nighthawk RAX70 AX7. The speed is great but the connection drops and returns all day long.

I had several Technicians and Line Specialists come out to my home, 2 in fact today. They replace barrel connectors, and take line readings and all tell my the found the problem and fixed it. A hour or so later, I'm down again.

One of the main reasons for Internet is so I can have a VPN connection with my wife's employer in North Carolina while we live in Florida. The VPN connection is the flakiest of all. She has had to work at other peoples houses since 6/23. I have now changed every wire between her computer and the Internet and every piece of hardware. Her employer IT has reinstalled the VPN software and reset her network adapters, both Ethernet and Wireless.

When she goes to her sister's house, everything works flawlessly on a Linksys router that she bought for $99 at Lowers and plugged it in without even changing the passwords. I just blew $500 on a new Battery Back-up, Router, and wiring and she still has to go to her sister's house tomorrow.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. This is getting to Heavy for me on day 21 of my Spectrum Nightmare.

Contact Spectrum, requesting setting up of signal monitoring for your equipment for 30 days. It is free, and they can than begin investigating trace routes of your drop line signals and Internet to find out where the problem is, thus they will know exactly what needs to be replaced.

Sorry for the frustration. Are you able to provide modem logs and explain how your home network is set up?
