Every couple of days, I am seeing audio loss with pixilation. Is this the box, or the signal?

    Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your cable box. We can certainly look into this for you here. Typically pixelation will be a signal related issue. In cases like this, we recommend scheduling a technician to come out. This is something we can schedule for you here if you would like.
