Hi and welcome,
Typically, we ask for a few more details about the issue and may ask some follow up questions. However, I can see from the logs that you posted that you have high uncorrectable packets on several channels, which usually indicates a signal issue. Based on the channels impacted, it looks like there is both noise and downstream issues.
You will need to schedule a technician to complete a service call to investigate and resolve to root of the issue. If you need assistance setting up a service call, please let us know.
