I’m getting error STLP-999 and unable to open any channel. What can I do?

    Hello Heri! Welcome to the community. There are a few steps we would recommend to start.


    If you will unplug the power to your modem (and your router if you are using a separate one). Plug that modem back in after about 30 seconds. After the modem reboots, (usually allow 4-5 minutes) plug that router back in. Some models of Samsung TV's have an issue with storing Cached data. You should be able to go into the network settings on the TV itself and set DNS to 8.8.8.8, that should correct that error.
