Hello -

Is it possible to send the emergency alerts to the actual county to which the alert is referenced?

‘if I don’t live in the county why am I getting up to ten alerts per hour that stop service for 75 seconds.

    Hi,

Welcome to the Spectrum Community Forums!

Spectrum does not have control over sending FCC alerts. To get this question answered, everyone should file a complaint with the FCC requesting that alerts only go to their affected municipalities. You can submit this feedback by searching online for FCC Complaints. One of the first results will be a page for the FCC Consumer Complaint Center. Select the details of your request:

    1.) Select "File a Complaint"

    2.) Select TV

3.) Fill out the form fields.

    4.) Click Submit.
