Why does ACC Network channel (388) not appear on my Guide. All channel guide skips from 384 to 392.

    Hello @CDRBill,

There could be several reasons for this. First question is are you subscribed to a cable package that includes the ACC channel? Spectrum Packages are Spectrum Select, Spectrum Silver, and Spectrum Gold.. If your Guide Filter on your box is set to "Subscribed Channels Only.," the Time Grid will only show the channels in your subscription package.

You can check your line up here:

If ACC network is part of your package plan, it should be included in your Subscribed Channels list. If it is in your subscription plan and you can tune to it, first try rebooting the cable box. If that does not resolve the issue, call Spectrum and let them know that the ACC channel is a part of your subscription package, but is missing from your guide. For our reference here, I see that you have Spectrum's latest guide, The New Spectrum Guide. What is your service level package and the make and model of your cable box? Have you rebooted the box or recently changed your subscription services?

    Satch
