https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/w7w6c6nzjye.jpeg in my iPhone 12 mini's iOS v15.0.2. :(

Is this something Charter has to fix or can I fix it on my end like redownloading and reinstalling Spectrum WiFi profile which I don't see in my online app account? I used to. :(

According to https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/installing-secure-profile-spectrumwifi-plus web page: "You only need to set up the SpectrumWiFi Plus secure profile once on your mobile device..."

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

    Hello!

There is a known issue currently that the My Spectrum app for iOS devices are missing the option to redownload and install the Spectrum WiFi profile, this feature should be restored on or around 10/20 for customers using iOS devices.

Thank you for the quick answer, Anthony. So, we will not be able to use Spectrum's secured wifi APs for now until we get an updated iOS app to redownload and reinstall the updated profile. How come https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/installing-secure-profile-spectrumwifi-plus says we only have to do this once?

Since it sounds like the My Spectrum App is not working correctly you should be able to launch a browser on your IOS device go to wifiprofile.spectrum.net and get the new profile that way assuming Spectrum has updated it with a new expiration date.

Updated iOS app, with the fix, is out! It expires next year on 9/20/2022. Too bad we have to do this manually though. It should be automatic.
