Devices rejecting Spectrum WiFi?

Hi,

We have a site with 2 laptop computers. Initially, we would lose connectivity by the afternoon (4 hours of connectivity).

Spectrum came out, said there was a lease on the line. Removed it. Then the tech could not connect. He replaced the router.

Then no one could stay connected for more than a very short time.

Spectrum returned and said our devices are rejecting their wifi. We had 4 additional computers that have only been connected to wifi. We can't get these on the WiFi either.

We can't get our phones on the WiFi either.

These devices are not anything odd (Dell computers, iPhone 11 and 13).

Spectrum will no longer come out without a $150 service charge. Does anyone have a clue?

    Good afternoon @chunkykitty (love the name :) ) and welcome to the Spectrum Community. That is a really odd situation so just a couple of initial questions; are your devices running through a VPN or have you added another firewall between the devices and the router/modem? Have you removed or "forget" the wifi connections and tried to reconnect as new?
